OpenOrg is a system where work, processes and workers are native. An organization is not modeled in a tool, it runs as one.
We give organizations three primitives: work to be cleared, workflows that carry it, and workers (human or agent) with identity, authority, memory and a usage ledger. The organization is the unit, not the user.
Universal building blocks were a burden when humans had to configure them. Autonomous agents turn them into a capability. Tools like Fibery came closest, but were built assuming a human operates the system. With us, the human orchestrates the system.
